  1. Joined a FAANG equivalent US tech firm in india role
  2. Tech- much better than industry, and chiller than vc/pe
  3. Compensation trajectory was same/slightly better than MBB. Now at a startup where comp is accelerated by 3-4 years versus if I stayed in mbb

@AngryBus91 this is helpful, thanks a lot. I've heard industry comps saturating to what a principal/ associate Partner earns. The path to CXOs in most companies is much longer, making the comp trajectory slowdown after the first ~3 years post a 2-3 yr stint at MBB. Is this understanding correct?

Here I'm also including a strategy/ prod man role exit in a series B+ startup.
