A book called ‘About Face’ by Alan Cooper. Its the best starting point for learning UX. My suggestion would be to read that book thoroughly and do a hypothetical project based on it

Typography Layout Colour theory These are the super basic things if you wanna learn design.

You could use Google material design library as a starting point which is
documented well for developers.
