Bruv, after 45% they will be drawing a salary of 6.5 LPA, that's close to what L10 earns here who joined Accenture as ASEs. That's a lot to them.
Bhai they are SASA l12 (bca/bsc) people, there base pay is 3.30lpa, ( for btech base pay is 3.84 and they generally get 37% hike from l12 to l11 if no hike previously)
