What CTC Should a 2 YOE Salesforce Developer Expect?

I'm currently working as a Salesforce Developer at TCS with nearly 2 years of experience (Ninja Associate level) and looking to switch companies. I want to understand what CTC range I should target. My experience: Delivered 3 major integration projects, including 2 revenue-critical ones with zero business impact during deployment Strong understanding of system design for Salesforce integrations Working knowledge of LWC (Lightning Web Components) Salesforce Certified Admin Given this profile, what's the realistic market CTC I can expect? I've seen wildly different numbers online and would appreciate insights from folks who've recently switched or hired for similar roles. Also curious if anyone has suggestions on companies that value integration expertise and pay competitively for this experience level. Thanks in advance for any guidance!
