It differs based on your skill set.. Someone get 40-50 lpa and some get below 10 on same b3 band. Skill set is the matter.

In my project one b3 is getting around 8lpa (he didn't switched and remained in Wipro for 7-8 years) while the other b3 is getting around 16lpa.
