Trending @Accenture; What could be the maximum bracket for L9 with 13 YOE as example

Having more than 13 YOE is still stucked at level 9. My question is what could be the max ctc can level 9 if they are not promoted. Skill SAP Frontend. Current ctc around 22.5 and stucked for long now.

YOE 18 (4.3 Years in Accenture) No promotion till now. Joined as L9 21 Fixed

Totally stuck here with fake promises.

9 YOE (5 in ACN) L9 27 fixed

L9 range is 20-30 fixed
