What could be the hike% range for C3 band having 4 rating?

Hike depends on what performance band u would get . Rating just gives rough idea which band u may get . In general 4 rating , means u may get Band B . But everything depends on ur manager . If he / she wants then they may give A or C as well based on ur lots of impression u have . For C3A A band - 8 % B band - 5.5 to 6 %
