I am a frontend dev with 10yoe. I work in jpmc. I love jpmc. But i observed that i could get paid 2x in the market. What would be a better company to switch to for in Mumbai right now? Preferably Ibank

JPMC hires pure FE roles? Most of their job listings contain Java and some frontend framework. Also what kind of framework you're working on?
You can try for WebEngage/Dream11/Clevertap in Mumbai. In terms of banks, I guess you'll find either Morgan Stanley or maybe Goldman tech teams here.
Barclays and Deutsche teams are mainly in Pune.
Yes jpmc does hire FE but now it’s mostly Fullstack. I am a pure FE looking for lead roles. Never seen GS hire for tech roles and Morgan stanley looks like subpar compared to jpmc. But as long as they pay good, i wont mind.
