What companies should i target for job switch?
My current CTC is 27LPA at JPMC and I have 2 years of experience as a backend and cloud developer. I want to move out of banking industry to some product based companies which offer opportunities for growth at a personal level. I want to take up good and challenging work and the pay scale should also be good. Can anyone suggest some companies I should target for switch which doesn’t ask too much competitive programming and I can expect a good hike around 80-90 percent?
