What comes under moonlighting in india ?

Hi guys , i am a Ux designer and thinking of doing some freelance work on weekends . Is this legal to do if i already have a primary job ?

Do whatever you want. Just dont provide PAN card/UAN number to anyone apart from current employer. It is that simple!

You can still provide pan but no uan.
Better to take the other amount in your parents/wife account
