What can I expect

Hello all, I have been working as a project manager for 4 years now and will be getting my PMP certification in a couple of weeks. I currently get 11 LPA, I don't think there is a future for me in my current organisation, with my experience and certification considered. What can I expect/demand from my next organisation?
