What can I do??

Hello folks,

I am Certified in ScrumMaster and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with 5+ years’ experience driving process improvement projects and cost savings across tech, banking, and manufacturing domains. Expert in Power BI, SQL, and power Automate. I'm good at both analytics and Process wise. Applying plenty of jobs out there available at different job boards but not a single call till now, just failed to understand what recruiters are really looking at? Isn't this a good skill that I have?
