What can be done here
Hi Team, I was lateral hired and was given date 12 july 2023 for joining based on that I resigned from last org, Tcs delayed my joining for three months and gave joining in October ,2023 and i joined after not getting job anywhere since market was bad at that time. Currently Manager is making me to work at Night shifts but during tcs interview shift discussion was done and I was told it will be general shift.
Those 3 months last year make me suffered a lot with emis and debt as i was working and resigned so now I am afraid to make a switch again .

1.upskill and resign..
2.stop working and let your manager do all the shit and he will be answerable.
But don't do either of this.
What i suggest is shifts are part of job if you get a project like that then you have to deal with it. Talk to manager and delevery manager ask for release. Anyways they will fuck your band by doing this.
Lastly start ola uber part time jobs and take tcs as a secondary income untill they fire you . 😜😂
