What are your thoughts on the work culture at Moengage?

Need some advice on Moengange, holding an offer, customer success role.

Want to check the culture before accepting.

I've applied for moengage, but after reading over Glassdoor it seems like the culture has become too bad these days, can someone share their experiences.
