Make sure not to rely on them. The after effects will mess with you. I hope you are sleeping properly.

My sleeping routine is messed up, I don't sleep at night. Because I'm actively invested in crypto, Moda has turn out to be a blessing especially the last couple of weeks.

It's alright for stabilizing yourself temporarily but taking it too often will make you dependent on it like an addiction. Been there done that, it's not a good feeling not knowing how to get through the day/work without a fix. Smoking up while taking psych meds isn't recommended either, they are different drugs with different clashing effects on the body.
Do one of the two, but not both. You'll just keep cancelling the effects of both.
Days that i take it, i can sit on my desk for hours. Days that I don't, I can't sit for more than 20-30mins.
Don't take it frequently, else you will develop dependency on it or develop tolerance to it so you'll have to consume a large dose for the same effects. You have to cycle it. Use only for 2/3 days a week when you need to get stuff done.
