I teach statistics and programming to school/college students, often to professional too. Good 30-40k side income. That's mostly it, abhi EMI chal raha hai flat ka. Paisa hai nahi ki invest karun. 🤣

In person teaching. I live in a (posh) society of 12k+ people. I started with a small coaching class of maths for school students. Then some college students & professionals to teach them stats required for data science. Then I keep getting small works from these professionals time to time.
