Control fap addiction. Fix my social anxiety Eat healthy

One week in and I can't follow anything, especially fap addiction is killing me. Can't live a day without it. Any tips?

Going cold turkey won’t work.

Reduce the frequency + find a healthier alternative to it. That’s how smokers quit smoking too.

Find hobbies, sign up for classes, learn something new - learn and make and create. Fill your day with things that can replace the cheap dopamine you get from the habits you’re trying to quit.

Also consistency is not about doing it every day till forever with no lapse in schedule. Things happen, shit changes, and you’re human - sometimes you don’t want to stick to routine and that’s fine.

You just ensure that some is better than none. So if you skip a few days of implementing habits or routine, it’s okay as long as you don’t give up altogether.
