What are you looking for in a wife, if at all?
Short story:
- Have been away from home for more than a decade. Saw a lot of ups and downs, lost a lot family members.
- Dating someone, she has never left the city she was born.
- Both are in same industry, I'm planning to get close to my FIRE number.
- She is not at all receptive when I propose anything. Adamant, needs validation from others on my thoughts. She calls 'being receptive' as being submissive. So what do you folks, look for? How your story was?
Did you propose officially or just assuming based on talk about marriage? Also why do you sound so chill breaking up with a female you wanted to wife? Or did you not?

Total red flag. Find someone else.
In my view red flags are better partners 😉 When you get into relationship with red flag you both are willing or doing compromises do make it work.. So sort of you can together tackle problem in life.
In case of perfect partner, you are not willing to compromise on things. Ki yaar uspe ye sab h but ye nhi h. Toh life problem phenk k marta h or tum clean bowled .

Honestly honest expectations :
- Carries good genes (healthy, deterministic, pretty, self achiever)
- Has the maturity to understand and analyse the current situation and switch between being independent and dependent family member.
That's it. This will make me have her as someone who motivates me to push harder and reach further without needing any motivation from anywhere.
From the above text i feel like she depends on others too much to take a decision.
Assuming her emotion handling is also similar,
She needs to understand herself first.. Why in the first place she needed validation from others? What is she lacking, how can she fix it ?
If she is willing to do all these. Kar le bhai shadi.. jese karna h..
And else m ate ho toh.. mostly dil k tukre tukre honge.. Work as a team to solve issues.

Just someone that believes I am more than enough for her in her life + someone that has her own goals as well, that much is sufficient. Rest all is mostly workable
