What are ways to influence your foreign bosses?
I work for an American company. My CMO is flying down to India in January next year. I'm looking to build an agenda for her visit and don't want to bombard her with a lot of presentations. I'm looking to build experiential learnings that build empathy for Indian market and experience the "wow".
What are some creative ways to make her experience Indian tech landscape and market? For example:

She smokes. So taking her to a pan-wala and making her pay via Paytm to experience small ticket size, convenience and Soundbox.

Getting her to order snacks via Zepto to show integration between Zepto and Payment apps + Speed of delivery.

Taking her to Nehru Place to show depth of mobile penetration and obsession for accessories.

Getting her to drive past a few competition billboards and TV ads. (We don't get brand building budgets)
Take her for a metro ride , pay for ticket through WhatsApp.
Man, your plan is already strong af. Good stuff, love the itinerary already. You can also take her to Gurgaon/some posh place in Delhi and demonstrate how quickly India is becoming a premium market too :p
And you must emphasize how we have one of the youngest populations (another great demographic trend on our side), idk, take her to DU for this?
