Sorry if you hurt. Unfortunately nowadays people less than 35 things that c4 above are foe . May be because of argand and less transperant situation inside TCS. They belive all issue is because of the c4 and above. I am in boader and I sense from Bangalore office that they less respect the seniors. It all because our CEO done a big insult to seniors, if he done that ,we can not blame this juniors.
You should thank your stars if you reach white hair stage and don't get ended before that. If you assume all those people are non working (I know some are) then you are massively wrong.
I have C1 / C2 in team who cannot say one proper sentence in front of client and they expect then to run entire project. Well good luck with it.
Not sure how you got selected in TCS but surely you don't know how an org is working what are the different roles and leadership roles one has to take to run a project for a customer..you are just allocated doing some technical stuff log off ..you are able to do so because of your account leadership. Hope you will grow and talk with maturity. Trust me you are not good enough or have enough experience to handle a project...you will be struggling in between delivery and ops and escalations.
