
What are the worst consequences of WFO non compliance?
Now that hikes/promotions are stopped and only QVA remains to be deducted if we don't follow the attendance rules, what is the worst that can happen if we dont follow 85% attendance in a quarter? In February HR asked me the reason why my attendance was less than 85% and I mentioned I will comply in future but that was before this whole hike/promotion fiasco. I am not seeing any benefit in travelling to office infact my productivity goes down when I am working from office.

People who've cleared wings1 digital, their compensation can be affected if non compliant to office, so ya that's another consequence.
