What are the ways to increase salary in tcs?

I have technical knowledge, coding skill.And I am working on my communication skills. Is this not enough?

I am not demovating you,but there are many freshers and mid level professional with good skills, but tcs doesn't care about them. They prefer hiring art & commerce graduate in bulk and train them in specific skill, paying peanuts
