What are the various reasons for which one must stay at TCS till retirement ? Does TCS favours people who stay in TCS for long ?
TCS does not kind of favour people staying in long.
But Other reasons to stay in TCS for long:

If you are not very young or the job market does not get you alternatives but in TCS you are getting B or C band, then you don't have option left but to stay.

Layoffs due to macro financial reasons are very rare in TCS.

HIS is good. Hospitalisation claims get settled fast and you get max possible expenses paid.

You have option to increase VPF to full basic. That is one of the great option to accumulate corpus for retirement

from Tata welfare you may get additional support for hospitalisation expenses beyond HIS. You may get some financial support for kids higher education (based on your CTC limit though)
There are many longer experience people are there in TCS in range of 20 30 thousands, due to all these and any other positive reasons.
