What are the things that broke people think they're supposed to do to get wealthy that will never work

Hard for me to say, but this works if you are ina sunrise sector and the company is also growing profitable. I personally know at least a dozen people who joined Infosys in the late 90s who today own multiple properties.

Am yet to see a poor mid level startup employee. I don't think there is any middle class person as a leadership level employee of a VC funded startup. Working 70hrs make you rich, but depends on the role.
