What are the study/courses is ther for QA professional for switch high levl

I am working as QA for over 9 years and I am not have any valuable success in my both life and career... Now I am decided to switch any another platform or role to improve my level economically, id there any valuable course available?? To became product manager/delivery manager/project manager etc... or how to learn those roles can any one help me please????
