What are the specific skills that you are building after MBA from top IIM? I feel the need of it but confused about what should be done.

We do MBA thinking opportunities will flood like anything and we will never be insecure about a job and demand will be more than required. But then I am feeling stuck in my current and I want to do great quality work and I am really not getting to do so. What are the skills that you are building or have built already after passing out from top IIM to do justice to your education, ability, and expectations? I know upskilling is very important but really not sure what should I do and build.
