What are the prerequisites of going on-site!!!
I have been in TCS for 2 years now and overall experience is 4.7 years with C1 grade, is there any policy you need to have on C2 grade to go to on-site ???
My friend went to UK, C1 with only 2 yoe. But he had created huge dependancy on him, maybe that's why.
There is no such policy
Ya mate C2 grade is basic requirement and as i have heard minimum 5 years of experience. After it you have make good relationship with customers/ on-site people and lastly have to create impact on off-site and on-site managers and so that whenever there is a requirement on-site its you who’ll be considered first as you will be having exceptional skills. Some Exceptional skilled people have moved to on-site within 1 months of joining project( was already C2 grade person).
