What are the positive points in TCS?

Few best notable positive things which is not available in other orgs

1. Afterlife benefits - if we demised(not intentional) during active employment, 6 times of CTC will be given to employee family

2. Medical assistance - Self, spouse, 2 children medical bills can be claimed through TATA welfare medical assistance if bills amount is not fully covered by insurance as grant

3. Higher education assistantance - 2 children's UG/PG funding can be provided by tcs as interest free loan or grant through TATA welfare
