Trending @Accenture; What are the performance ratings in Accenture? Could someone senior please share in ascending order?

PIP - Performance Improvement CTGL - Continue to Grow and Learn TP - Talent Priority (Better Base Pay Increase) DA - Distinct Achiever (Better Variable Pay Increase) Promote - Promotion

Ok so yes one of my resource I gave rating as CTGL but priority as talent priority. This way he will have better chances in next cycle. These are two different items that we have to fill.

Example, PIP, ... , ... , ... , ... , ... , Distinct Achiever, ... , ... ?
