26 weeks paid leave (ML), 30 days special maternity leave when provided Dr certificate that you need more time to heal. You can raise wfh exceptions for whole pragncy period i.e.9 months also you can raise wfh exceptions till your child is 1 year old. So in short and mathematically (9 months wfh + 6 months ML+1 month Special ML+ 5 months approved WFH as child is less than 1 year old)..I hope this helps

For health insurance coverage please refer HIS portal as there was a policy change and they had introduced the Copay clause. Before it was covered upto 1 lac for maternity/child birth

if you’re not ready to answer my query. please ignore. the problem in tcs no body aware of even apply for medical leaves. i can see lot of people using their sick leaves for their medical needs and spending rest of the days without pay. finally they are applying for LERF. i believe that this forum will help for everyone who unaware of the system. i hope you got my point
