What are the gotchas I should watch out for as I'm joining as a System engineer, C1(fresher)?

Anything i should know before joining ts org? Any LPTs are appreciated. My goal of joining is to switch asap.

Believe that you are in a bad place unless they make you so. So keep upskilling from day 1. Reality might hit you hard someday if you don't.

Learn as much as you can in first year, instead of wasting time. Prepare in second year and start applying till you complete 1.5 year here and leave by 2.
