What are the divisions for WFO Index?
How much wfo index must be there to avoid any variable pay cut and also management doesn't get notified.
And even if it goes below the minimum threshold, then how much deduction will take place.
Can we do "No Show" in 2office to maintain the wfo index between 100% - mimimum_threshold.
Below 60 no variable
60-75 50% pay
75-85 75 % pay
85 above 100% pay
Maintain 85 and above to be at safer side
Are u sure? Somewhere somebody said that it's 80% minimum. Whom to believe? Is it okay if someone goes No Show for few days in a month to keep the wfo index just above 85%???
Yes if you maintain minimum 85 then no issues . It’s mentioned in HR policy . You can go through the document
