What are the consequences you faced whose bench time crossed 35 days ?

As discussed with HR , three warning mails from RMG and after that HR will decide what to do

I have been selected for project and they started my onboarding but after 2 weeks they are saying their onboarding is hold due to this quarter results and you can look for other projects..they wasted my 2weeks now from 1june am on bench am in trouble ? Any solution?
