What are the consequences of we don't go to office all 5 days a week during notice period.

Let's say I visit once a week and apply one sick leave each week so I am complaint for 40%. Does it impact the exit formalities ? Anyone who has resigned and exited and have this experience?

Yes I can say from what my colleague told it impacts the final settlement. They can cite non compliance and take away alot of what you are owed.

Some cases they even put something ambiguous but a bit on the negative side on the relieving letter as well.

Their goal is to make it miserable as possible your exit exp. You can try negotiating for an early release if you want. That will help

What if attendance is maintained up to 85% with just 1 hour at the office?
