Trending @Accenture; What are the consequences of not getting pass in RM assessment?

So I am working as a R&C Analyst I joined last month and I came to know to start the project one should go through the “Shadow session and RM Assessment” before that no one can start or have the project independently so what are the consequences if I failed the RM assessment I already did once but due to few points I got the assignment to practice and redo it.
