
What are the consequences of missing one or two days of in-office attendance per week? So far, it seems that no one has received any emails.

It will impact RTO %...skipping 2 / 3 days in a month should be fine, but not in a week...

Should we raise any wfo exception during these days?

As per my understanding, going forward, we can consider raising an exception by informing the manager. However, we may not be able to take any action regarding the previous no shows

I just wanted to know that what if we do not keep manager posted that we skipped working from office for 2-3 days in a month
Will there be any escalation
As im visiting office every day

Nothing much will happen if you have attended 18 days of entire month to your work location which is around 90 percent of RTO and as you know if you maintain the same index in rest of 2 months a quarter you'd receive 100 percent of variable pay..But it varies project by project..
