Maybe you would not be eligible for hike and promotion. Also, may not be eligible for onsite roles. I had a call with HR and he/she didn’t mention about termination but PIP would be there.

I attended a call where they told that whoever failed in last batch of SHL assessment has faced PIP and they told for more details reach out to HR
