Trending @Wipro; What are the consequences if I stopped attending work calls?

I am currently working in a project as an analyst. But my role is actually different. I have highlighted the same to my manager and received no response. I am trying to get release from my project as well. But no response. Worst case scenario I have to stop attending the calls.
