What are the companies where the work-life balance is better?

I am done with the startup life, especially with the unrealistic expectations the management or the CEO imposes on you.

I like Software Engineering, but at this point I would rather focus on it as a hobby instead.

I really have my reservations for Service based MNCs, but I understand that life isn't all flowers for most Product based companies.

I would really appreciate your suggestions. My overall experience is 6 years in the Industry.

Join any big product based MNCs, except Banking ones. Most of those will be better in these terms.

Hey, just as an off topic question? I heard that most of the cool innovation driven projects are based on Google US offices compared to Indian offices. Is it true? And also how's the WLB in Google?

I agree and also disagree, purely depends on project and your manager, office politics is at peak and pay is pebbles

Varies based on team/director. But expect at least some easy level questions on DSA.

I suggest keep on applying, keep appearing, keep preparing.
