What are the common mistakes or pitfalls in product designer resumes that you frequently come across?

I don't like an over designed resume with pictures, logos and shit. I like a simple, highly scannable resume. I want to scan through a resume and be about to grasp your story with less effort.

I mean I'm aware that it's impossible to judge a person by their resume only, but it's a start. So I like a simple detail oriented start.

When is over designed, it's like someone is putting a focus light on something. Is that on me or themselves, i don't know. Anyway, that's my take on this.
