Trending @Accenture; What are the benefits one get once they reach Lv9?
Can someone please let me know what are the benefits an accenture employee gets at Level 9? Trying to understand the benefits at the firm for its employees.
At level 9 - the only benefit you get is flex pay. You can break every components in your salary by your own. Also since you’ve been moved to lead level so there could be a possibility that you will be assigned as a people lead for below levels.
There are no sub level from 9...Next promotion is directly to 8.
Good points..Btw lets consider someone opts for the car lease policy. And, soon if they plan to resign, what would happen to the car lease policy and related terms/conditions ?
Only benefit for government that you will be paying more Taxes.
Additionally you can opt in for car lease by Accenture.
