Have you ever heard of getting stress because of very less work

Job security and salary

Join but don't expect growth , don't join if looking for growth and skills

Even job security u will be screwed up in projects just a figure outside at tcs it’s safe and stuff. Personally many employees are pissed off working at tcs

1. good brand value , you dont need to explain someone where do you work just say at tata.
2. do not join this at a fresher level, join it as lateral you will get good package as well.
3. offices in most of the cities.
4. job security is best conpared to other companies.
5. if you need a good job security to stay calm join here.
6. work load varies from project to project and time to time.
7. good learning oppurtunites they provide linkedln learning, udemy so you can learn anything.
8. work from office that is a only major concern, its better if they follow hybrid model. because as per my point of view hybrid work model give a balance life to employee as well as in favor of organization.
