examples I don’t have.. say stack over flow type content.. where there is a problem and potential solutions discussed but theoretically stuff should be fine

I use my brain, not apps. Apps are for lazy people. Get a book, read it, understand it. That's how real learning happens.

Non-video content as in books? Courses?

For both O’Reilly is a good option although a little on the expensive side. Try getting it comped from your employer.
