A generic name for family-run businesses in India, 'lala companies' have unique attributes—great rewards…and greater punishment, if the lala stops liking your face! What are the key differences between MNCs and Lala companies? One main difference will be the management. MNC's are likely to have more stress on the performance (at least for the selection process) while the management in the other companies (mostly) may be guided by relationships (to the owners) or loyalty.

Quite a few lala companies here.
Was surprised to know that 1 company takes joining bonus from candidates instead of giving them.
If the promoter is Indian , it's a lala company. If you want to avoid such companies then you must join only western HQ companies and AU/NZ companies. South Asian companies are equally bad.
