What are some Top Lala type companies to avoid?

A generic name for family-run businesses in India, 'lala companies' have unique attributes—great rewards…and greater punishment, if the lala stops liking your face! What are the key differences between MNCs and Lala companies? One main difference will be the management. MNC's are likely to have more stress on the performance (at least for the selection process) while the management in the other companies (mostly) may be guided by relationships (to the owners) or loyalty.

What are some Top Lala companies to avoid in India? Do share your experiences if you had the misfortune of working in one.

If the promoter is Indian , it's a lala company. If you want to avoid such companies then you must join only western HQ companies and AU/NZ companies. South Asian companies are equally bad.
