What are some side hustles which are legit you guys have seen working?

I feel like a lot of side hustles and businesses discussed online are more catered towards the West. In India most people don't pay a lot to a lot of the stuff which Westerners pay quite a bit considering how most Indians are still busy covering their essentials due to dwindling salaries.

However, in recent times due to increasing job insecurity, a side hustle feels crucial during your unemployed days. I'm curious to know what the GrapeVine community is doing especially considering how hard it is to start all this in India which is still a little mid level income country and not rich.
