Company has a high talent density with long tenures. People are happy, motivated and well paid.
Good culture, to me, means high talent density, low politics, psychological safety, and people who are both motivated and well-compensated. It also shows in long tenures—people stick around because they’re growing and respected. Some product companies often praised for this kind of culture are Razorpay, Swiggy, Gojek, Atlassian, Notion, and Stripe. Of course, culture can vary by team, but these names come up a lot when you talk to folks in the ecosystem. Curious to hear others' experiences too!

I just read the thread about bad companies and almost everyone that I know and is on national or above scale was mentioned in the list,
So is there really a good company? Or it is just a catch phase that "we have good culture".
