It's never a project which is good or bad it's always the people in the project

I'll tell what a bad project is.

  1. Lack of documentation, planning, patch fixing and repetitive work.

  2. Non tech work in tech.. create excel, PPTs, manual tasks.

  3. Legacy code and legacy software or legacy libraries which are not relalvent. This is a bit debatable. Let's say you are working on Class based components in React. It's still fine. But if you using a very old version of react, day 1.0.1. then it's bad.

  4. Lack of team support or no mentor.

  5. No challenging tasks. Completely relying on gpts. Leads not knowing tech.

  6. Seniors not knowing the technology, assigning you easy POCs.
