What are some months where companies hire a lot?

I've observed during starting of the quaters companies hire a lot, are there any specific months where the hiring for professionals will be at peak?

In my experience of long job search journey. It starts in Jan then peaks from Feb-April then again some hiring June-Aug. Worst time imo is End of year.
