What are some good 'Rest & Vest orgs in Gurgaon

Life has 3 currencies - money, time, energy. I'm running short on the last two.

I've done enough grinding in my career so far (10+ yrs). Have a family and personal issues to take care of. Whatever limited leisure time i get is spent on unwinding for the sake of my sanity, but beyond that I'm unable to devote time or energy to my family, or on self care, or any of the hundred other non-work priorities.

I'm done working 12 hr days and working on weekends as well, with a lurking anxiety of what could go wrong at the office, and how my career is shaping up. I've kinda accepted that i might not hit senior management roles anytime soon, but as long as I'm able to make a good life away from work as well, I'm not really worried about it. However, that's not also happening in the current scheme of things.

Hence, need to get into a chill company that affords me time and energy. I understand money might be not as grand. I've heard of American Express being one such place. Any other recommendations?
