What are some good companies to join with high hikes?

I am a fresher who joined TCS with 7 LPA. I am planning to move to another company in the next 1 to 2 years. I am working as a full stack developer ( Spring Boot and Angular) with around 1 YOE. Tell me suggestions. Don't feel I am asking very early 🤭.
